DECEMBER SUNDAY MORNING SERMON SERIES, “QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CHRIST OF CHRISTMAS”

A few weeks ago I felt led of the Lord to begin preaching a series of messages on Sunday mornings here at Canaan during the month of December that I entitled, “Questions Concerning the Christ of Christmas”.  If we have a problem at Christmas time as Bible believers, it certainly would be familiarity with the story of Christmas.  We’ve become so familiar with the story that someway I’m afraid that it’s lost its miraculous wonder.  However, that should never be the case in the life of a born again child of God.  I believe that it is for that very reason that the Lord has led me to preach this series of messages.  I’m trusting that the Lord will use each message to remind us afresh and anew that Jesus really is the reason for the season.

Below I’ve listed every Sunday in the month of December and the question that we’ll be addressing in each message during the morning service.

Sunday December 5 – WHO IS THIS BABY IN THE MANGER?

Sunday December 12 – WHAT IS THIS BABY IN THE MANGERS NAME?

Sunday December 19 – WHY WAS THIS BABY IN THE MANGER BORN?

Sunday December 26 – IS HE REALLY COMING BACK AGAIN?

I trust that you’ll make plans to join us as we celebrate Christmas here in the Land of Canaan!  From the Caudill family to yours, have a Christ centered Christmas.

Serving Him with gladness,

Pastor Scott Caudill
